Name and Invoicing

• Awesome Excel is a brand under Awesome Analytics, a firm providing trainings and data analytics services.
• Customer will get the invoice from Awesome Analytics with GST included or excluded as mentioned on the product.
• Awesome Excel provides its courses via anexponentt.com and awesomeexcel.com.

Usage

• For accessing the course, one must simply login and access the course dashboard/ user profile. You will find all your subscribed courses there.
• The access provided to the course is for self-consumption only.
• We discourage downloading the videos for distribution or sharing your account access with other users.
• If any user has been found indulging into such malpractices, their account shall be banned and they shall be informed about the same.

Support

• Support services will be provided through a remote channel, system access or telephonic access.
• Support duration is 10 am to 7 pm , Monday to Friday, Indian Standard Time.
• No physical/ door-to-door support service will be provided except otherwise specified.

Payments and GST

• Online payments through any mode can be done through our portal itself.
• If you have a GST Number, please mention it in the form itself so that we can pass on the Input Tax Credit to you.

Refunds and cancellations

• All refunds will be given back in the source account preferably.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days and will be credited to source account or customers account in case of specific request for the same.
• Refunds are applicable only for refundable courses and if you do not wish to continue our course.
• If a course has mentioned the refund duration, then kindly intimate us about the refund request within that duration via an email to info@awesomeexcel.com or call on +91 7738250908.
• You will not be eligible for the refund, after the time-period lapses.

• All prices posted on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices do not include any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the website.
